UNDP Libya is launching a Call for Proposal for low grants to support Local Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) / Civil Society Organizations (CSO) that are responding to the COVID-19 crisis. The grant will mainly support the production of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (Face Masks and Gowns & Face Shields). Due to the shortage of PPEs in the current Libyan market, NGOs/CSOs have used innovative means to meet the high demand by using available raw materials in the local market. This presents a critical need to support local organizations in their efforts to respond to the evolving COVID-19 crisis. 

Applicants must submit their Technical and Financial proposals in electronic format to enas.bahri@undp.org Please note that bids received through any other address will not be considered. Applicants must submit their proposals through email and by the deadline: 06 July 2020.
