As one of the world’s largest multilateral development agencies, present in over 170 countries and territories, UNDP is on the frontlines of anticipating, understanding and acting on today’s opportunities and risks.
The SFL emerged as a unique multidonor instrument which serves as a powerful flagship for demonstrating the political and practical intent of the international community and Libyan partners. From 2016 to 2018, SFL delivered a total of 94 projects out of 289 which have been identified.
The study aims at understanding Libyans’ perceptions of reconciliation and providing preliminary information about the existing opportunities and challenges for reconciliation. This report sheds light on how national dialogue and reconciliation efforts can build upon and support local mediation efforts already under way.
