The Stabilization Facility for Libya (SFL) was launched in April 2016, and has attracted financial contributions from individual international donors to the tune of US$44.029 million as of end-December 2017 (of which $29.8 million was paid by end-December 2016), and additional commitmments to contribute from the European Union (EU), Euro 7 million, and the Government of National Accord (GNA), $5 million. The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Government of Libya are grateful to Canada, Denmark, the EU, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, the Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland, the UK and the the US for their contributions.
